Runes of Magic, Guild Wars/Factions/Nightfall + Expansion, or Runescape all come to mind.
Runes of Magic and Runescape don't require you buy them though. Also Runes of Magic is basically the poor mans WoW from what I've seen of it, only it has player housing built in.
