Lagging on WoW...

I'm running XP 32 bit on a Q9450, 4Gb ram, and a GTX260. Running at 1680x1050, 8xAA, maximum effect settings. In northrend, especially on flight paths, if turn around too quicly, the game stutters down to like 30 fps. The framerate is also low in some other random spots. Is this normal, considering my settings and specs? Shoudn't the game run at a stable 60FPS on my PC? I get good framerates (60+) in most other games. Lagging on WoW...

[/QUOTE]First off, 32 OS's only recognize 4GB of memory total. That includes virtual memory and video memory. So discounting those two, you only have 2558Megs of ram... like me. Northrend causes a lot of stuttering on flight paths because of the greatly increased detail and poly count of the environment over BC and Vanilla WoW. There is no way (at 1680x1050 all high settings) that you are going to get 60FPS on a flight path. Lagging on WoW...
your lucky, I'm trying to run the trial but when I turn off my computer and go back to play a ''critical error'' comes up everytime. Its off and on..strange. I'm going to buy the full game and pay the fee if GW doesnt take my interest first
