If im a bad karma person and ive killed one group of regulators can i then become friendly agianst them by taking the law bringer perk?Fallout 3 : Law bringer
I doubt it. I haven't tried that myself, but the Lawbringer perk does raise karma, if you collect thumbs, so if you build enough you might be able to get in good with them again that way. Tbh, that's something I might give a shot in my next go round. Fallout 3 : Law bringer

It's hard to say. They will attack people with bad karma, so if you try to get to neutral and then get law bringer, you might be able to.
