Are you excited about Star Wars: The Old Republic?

I saw a video of it and Bioware think that this will be the best game they've made. Wowee...I would like it and maybe buy it if it didn't have subscription fees but thats very unlikely. Are you excited about Star Wars: The Old Republic?
If they can pull off the story elements, like they are claiming, I would be at least interested... But I have my doubts. Are you excited about Star Wars: The Old Republic?
I wish I could be, but I vowed never to buy or play a MMO in my life.
Well I really enjoyed the KOTOR games and I've been waiting for another Star Wars MMO ever since Sony messed up Galaxies so I'm elated. I'd much rather have had a KOTOR 3 single player game, but I'll give Bioware a chance.
I was before I heard about the micro-transactions. No deal.

A sword combat system like Mount %26 Blade, or a sword combat like Witcher's, and a mass effect kinda third person shooter action, with RPG stuff, i could wait 4 years for a game like this to come out, but the game would be so great...

The business model for TOR has hardly been decided. And if the microtransactions are in the same price range as typical subscription fees (14.95), I don't really see the big deal.
I might check it out. I don't know if I can afford 2 MMO's though, I already plan on purchasing stargate worlds.. So money might be a problem.
I'm a huge fan of Star Wars, I love Bioware's games, and for the most part, I enjoy MMO's. So, I'm definitely excited to play this. Whether they decide to have micro-transactions or not, I'm sure I'll still be living on this one. Or at least play it to see for myself how good or bad it turns out to be.
They have never let me down in the past....so they have my support
What they are promising sounds great. If anyone can pull it off I'd be willing to bet on Bioware to have the best shot. However, my experiences with MMO's have been mostly negative. If it isn't the jerks you run into its the boredom due to a gameplay based on endless repetition. I'll keep an eye on it. Even if I do play it won't be for at least six months past release.
im excited, but we will have to wait and see..i was also excited about huxley, back in 2005, here we are in 2009 almost, and still no huxley..
I feel disappointment coming on : / so I must refrain from being excited .. but I do wish all the best for this project.
I'm betting they will screw it up....sure hope not, I loved the first 2 games.
Not enough info - not excited yet

Is your sig meant to say ''useless'' instead of unless? Check out some of the videos for the game btw!!
Sorry, I don't do MMO's.
I will definitely try it as I I have tried so many MMOs only to give up after 2-3 months
