Can low FPS cause headaches? Truth or Rubbish

Problems I've had:Vanguard Online, would get a headache after about 30 mins of gameplay. Actually had to quit game due to this problem. Warhammer, during big pvp battles sometime i would start to get a headache or get one. only seemed to occur when fps dropped. Maybe just a coincidence but the Vanguard problem was consistent. No headaches with any other gamesCan low FPS cause headaches? Truth or Rubbish

I wonder if there's a lawsuit in there somewhere. LolI haven't had any issues with headaches, except I tend to definitely keep my FPS above 40ish. I do remember Crysis (which tended to have an unstable FPS) caused a small headache.

As I understand it, some people with epilepsy may get seizures when the light flickers in the low 10 Hz range. Other than that I have heard of no adverse effects (other than annoyance of the fu**ing low frame rates) :D
Low FoV yes. Low FPS? No clue.

You are just weak. [/QUOTE] HAHA good one, oh wait no its not. It is not funny to make fun of people if they have a medical problem, I had a friend that was not a gamer that use to have seizures, I witnessed one of them and it is quite sad and very upsetting to watch someone go through that. Anyways back on topic, I do not believe low fps can cause headaches, but gaming in long intervals, or the distance you sit from the screen are much larger possibilities.
I could see it giving you a headache with it being really jumpy, but certain games still do run somewhat smoothly around 15 FPS (at least Crysis did for me, but i think the motion blur helped me not notice it as much). But yeah i could see people getting a headache from it, but i think that is may also be a small factor of motion sickness too because i know some people that can not play FPS or Racing games in the car view because it bothers them. If they were to be playing that and have like 5 FPS then i could see that really effecting them.
I guess it would give me a fictitious headache of me thinking, ''Well gotta upgrade my computer again :P''
For some reason the metal of honor game on the gamecube always got my stomach really sick, it occasionally happens with Call of Duty 4. I have no idea why because I used to play WoW like 8 hours+ a day and never got sick from that.
More logical would be that high FPS gives you headache. With slideshow there is far less images for eyes to progress. So that is less work for head, which = no headache.
Warhammer online is the only one of the top of my head
